oh please...

despite the praises there is still something cloudy. not everything is golden and shiny after all. just renewed my contract a few weeks ago and found out my job tittle has not changed. after all the trainings and the workload. my job tittle and salary did not change. wasn't thinking too much about it until this evening. we accidentally discussed job satisfaction and salary. and i found out that a colleague with the same job tittle has a much much much higher salary then me! this is unfair. is it work politics? just because i am not the same race, doesn't mean i can't do work. have discussed this with my immediate boss but the answer was unclear. subtle moves that make it not obvious racism is actually going on...why can't you just treat us like humans with equal rights?

no wonder they never seem like they are shot of cash, whereas i am always tying my stomach not to make hunger come and visit.

i will prove that i can do better, if not equal, than other colleagues. so there is no reason NOT to increase my pay.
