To start a site is worse than arranging a wedding.
The food, the documents, the presentation slides, the submissions, the timing, the full attendance at the same time, the venue booking, the approvals, the budget, the supplies, the documents (didn’t I mention that already?) , the agenda, the attendees who keep changing their minds, the speakers (although I will do most of the speaking), the files, the tools, the translations. And as I said before, its all done by one person coordinating with 4 different parties.
