conflict at the work place...happens everywhere to anyone, especially when the conflict involves knowledge, pride, name and gender. in some casses, just because testosterone is higher than progesterone (creating a species who call themselves man), all chances suddenly rocket sky high, mistakes and flaws ignored and the roads to success seem to be opened gladly by unseen authority. who writes the invincible rule to all this prejudice???
