Nothing can be resolved when anger is in place.

Attack the issue not the person. A mistake is a mistake (although once is acceptable but thrice?)

Drugs entering the country and the customs didn't even check and declare it. Didn't know it was that easy to import drugs. Then why bother applying for the import license??!! It's obvious they are drugs with high value, and the customs just let it slide under their noses. It would even be a bomb/biological agent and they will not even know it. It doesn't take a genius to find out why illegal things has been going in and out this country. And they focus more on petty issues when they should focus more on the integrity of their own workers.

but then, there is another party involved - the forwarder. IF they have filed in the form correctly at the customs, maybe this issue can be avoided and everyone goes home this very Monday in happy Mood. You are the main link and the link seems to be broken somehow. Hmmm...???
